Ford is hiring an Electrical Systems Engineer for its Electric Vehicles, Digital and Design team to develop and integrate vehicle electrical hardware systems and architectures across propulsion, body, thermal, safety, and other subsystems. The role covers component characterization, hardware debugging, prototype assembly, integration testing, supplier validation, vehicle build support, and requirements traceability. It is based in the Long Beach office, may include occasional travel, and is hybrid with onsite work four or more days per week. The position requires a relevant engineering degree and at least two years of experience with complex electrical systems or electronics designs, and offers a base salary of $118,700-$198,500 with medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
