Textron Systems is hiring a Systems Engineer with an electrical engineering background to support the development of complex military electronic systems. The role covers systems requirements analysis, modeling, trade analysis, architecture development, integration, verification and validation, risk management, technical documentation, project coordination, and stakeholder management. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline and at least two years of related experience; Model-Based Systems Engineering, SysML, DOORS, teamwork, and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance are preferred or required. The role is open at Level II and Level III, with stated compensation of $88,200–$133,000 and $110,500–$167,900 respectively.
