Textron Systems is hiring an Electrical Systems Engineering Sr Manager to lead electrical engineering activities across a complex aerospace development program. The role provides technical leadership for avionics hardware, power systems, interfaces, integration, verification, testing, and electronics test equipment; manages cross-functional engineering teams; oversees program execution, risk, cost, schedule, and technical performance; and serves as a technical interface with customers and suppliers. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical or aerospace engineering, 15 years of aerospace or defense engineering experience with increasing technical leadership responsibility, and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
