HDR is seeking an experienced Electrical Team Lead to join their Building Engineering Services Group. The successful candidate will assist in managing operations, staff development, resource management, and quality control. They will also be responsible for planning, organizing, controlling, and coordinating projects with project managers, selecting and developing technical personnel, and leading a team of up to 8 technical staff. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, along with a commitment to HDR's employee-owned culture.
