Description
The Electrical Team Leader oversees a crew of up to three electricians and coordinates daily electrical maintenance and repair across campus facilities. The role manages electrical, low-voltage, fire alarm, elevator, lighting, power distribution, and fire suppression systems; troubleshoots malfunctions; schedules work and contractors; prepares estimates and maintenance records; monitors materials and labor costs; and trains staff on safety and code compliance. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of college or technical training, a state Master Electrician License, NICET Fire Alarm Systems certification at Level II or higher, a valid driver’s license, and at least 10 years of professional electrical experience, including 5 years of supervisory or lead experience.
