Description
InCharge Energy is hiring a full-time Electrical Technician IV to support customer service needs through regional field work involving electrical infrastructure, EV charging systems, solar, and battery installations. The role leads and supervises electrical crews, pulls permits, designs and estimates installations, performs wiring and panel work, troubleshoots and maintains specialty equipment, documents work in Procore and Salesforce, and serves as a technical escalation point. It requires a Journeyman-level license, 5–10 years of commercial or industrial electrical construction experience, significant regional travel, and the ability to obtain required certifications; compensation is $41–$48 USD per hour.
