The role bridges electrical engineering design and physical implementation, requiring hands-on work with power converters, electrical cabinets, high-voltage testing, power analysis, liquid cooling, PCB rework, and grid-interactive system qualification. Candidates need at least five years of relevant experience, an associate’s degree or equivalent vocational mastery, and strong collaboration, problem-solving, documentation, and safety skills.
