Northwood is hiring a Test Engineer to lead integrated test development for space-ground-station systems, including test strategy, hardware and electrical/RF test systems, Linux-based automation in Python, Rust, and C++, device and subsystem simulators, and environmental and qualification testing. The role requires 0–4 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, strong programming and electrical-test-equipment skills, and willingness to work extended hours and weekends. Compensation is $84,000–$105,000 per year for Level 1 and $95,000–$119,000 per year for Level 2.
