Description
Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is hiring an Electrical Tester/Assembler for the 1st shift, with core hours from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM and an hourly rate of $22–$25. The role involves testing, inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, assembling, wiring, and mounting electrical control equipment such as panelboards, switchboards, switchgear, and transfer switches. Candidates need at least three years of relevant electrical assembly or testing experience or a technical school diploma plus two years of experience, along with wiring-diagram, schematic, ladder-logic, and electrical-control-system experience. The position requires teamwork, physical lifting, overtime availability, effective communication, adherence to manufacturing instructions, and participation in safety and training activities.
