Potomac Testing is hiring a full-time Electrical Testing Technician in Crofton, Maryland, to perform acceptance and maintenance testing on low- and medium-voltage electrical equipment such as switchgear, circuit breakers, transformers, protective relays, and motor control centers. The role requires operating testing equipment, interpreting electrical schematics, troubleshooting, documenting field work, and writing technical reports. Candidates should have fundamental electrical and mechanical testing knowledge, experience with testing and troubleshooting, and strong communication and computer skills; NETA II, III, or IV certification is preferred. The position offers $30 to $60+ per hour, requires 20–25% travel, and includes a discretionary annual bonus and benefits.
