Apleona GmbH is hiring an Electrical Unit Manager to lead an operational electrical unit and ensure reliable operation of technical systems. The role oversees maintenance and inspection work, statutory deadlines, warranty and defect management, on-call scheduling, cost estimation, on-site inspections, and customer close-out. Candidates need vocational electrical training, comparable professional experience, people-leadership experience, building-services knowledge, and strong German skills. The position offers an annual gross salary of up to €75,000, a 60% Christmas bonus, a company vehicle, regular Monday-to-Friday hours, and other benefits.
