Description
Electrogrup SA is hiring a full-time Electrical Works Site Supervisor in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. The role plans and coordinates electrical works, monitors execution schedules and project documentation, reviews RFIs and submittals, supervises subcontractors and directly employed personnel, ensures compliance with electrical standards and HSE requirements, oversees testing and commissioning, and supports project close-out and schedule control. Candidates need higher education in electrical engineering or energy, at least five years of experience coordinating electrical works on site, knowledge of electrical regulations and HSE standards, advanced English, and a Category B driving license.
