Hywax GmbH is hiring an Electrical Workshop Leader to organize and lead its electrical workshop at the Port of Hamburg. The role combines technical and disciplinary leadership, staff planning, maintenance of process automation and energy and plant engineering systems, fault rectification, equipment optimization, electrical safety, training, budget planning, and representation of the electrical specialist. Candidates need an electrical trade qualification, at least five years of professional experience in electrical or industrial maintenance, leadership experience, strong communication and technical skills, and relevant electrical, safety, and medium-voltage qualifications.
