Description
The Apprentice Wireman performs maintenance, installation, repair, and troubleshooting on electrical distribution systems and related equipment across military installations. Duties include wiring, electrical panels, lighting, power lines, conduits, low-voltage systems, and specialized machinery, along with reading circuit diagrams and applying electrical principles. The role requires apprentice-level wireman experience, knowledge of electrical theory and NEC 2008, safety certifications, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions.
