Description
Rising Edge Group is hiring an Electrician Apprentice to support substation construction and maintenance. Reporting to a Journeyperson Electrician, the apprentice assists with installing, troubleshooting, repairing, testing, and maintaining low- and high-voltage substation equipment, including transformers, circuit breakers, switches, protection and control systems, SCADA, HMI, and RTUs. The role also includes installing ground grids and cabling, erecting structural steel, preparing work scopes and procedures, documenting circuits and maintenance activities, following electrical and occupational safety requirements, and working at heights and on rotating out-of-town schedules.
