Skanska is hiring a permanent Electrician to work in Building Services at the Kings Mill, Mansfield Hospital in Sutton in Ashfield. The role covers maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical engineering services for the health-care estate, including electrical power, nurse call and communication systems, fire alarms, UPS units, distribution systems, motors, control equipment, lighting, HVAC, pumps, AHUs, and building management systems. Responsibilities include planned and reactive maintenance, inspection and testing, compliance with wiring regulations, accurate recordkeeping, training, and efficient CAFM/FSI-GOE work. Evidence of working in acute health-care premises is advantageous but not essential.
