Description
Eclipse Automation is hiring a full-time Electrician for an on-site role in Cambridge, Ontario. The position reports to the Electrical Shop Manager and supports the development of electrical shop policies, industrial electrical installations, wiring, control systems, motors, generators, and related equipment, while troubleshooting, testing, maintaining, and mentoring apprentices. The role may require travel to customer locations and includes a flexible schedule, weekends, and travel as needed. Candidates must hold the appropriate 442A or 309A electrician qualification and complete the full apprenticeship program, along with a high school diploma or GED; five or more years of custom automation manufacturing experience and SolidWorks experience are assets. Compensation is $35.00-$42.00 per hour, with RRSP matching, health, dental, and vision coverage, tuition and professional dues reimbursement, vacation, personal days, and sick days.
