Description
The Electrician maintains and installs electrical distribution systems, circuits, lighting, HVAC, communication, security, and energy-management systems in buildings and assets. The role also provides temporary electrical service for special events, troubleshoots and repairs electrical equipment and cabling, maintains utility records, supports renovations and new construction, and enforces safety standards. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of related apprenticeship technical background, five years of electrical work experience, knowledge of the National Electrical Code, and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
