Description
The Manager, Maintenance will maintain electrical equipment, heating and air conditioning systems, buildings, and facilities at a medium- to large-scale water or wastewater treatment plant. The role directs subordinate electricians and other maintenance employees, assigns work, trains and schedules staff, performs complex electrical repairs, coordinates repairs and modifications, and responds to emergencies. It requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of senior electrician experience, four years of journeyman experience or a Master Electrician license, a valid Texas driver's license, and a current Texas Journeyman Electrical license.
