Description
The City of Passau is hiring a full-time electrician for automation technology, operations technology, machine and drive technology, or electrical systems installation to work at its wastewater treatment plant. The role covers operating, maintaining, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting electrical systems, drives, controls, and process-control equipment; organizing maintenance procedures; and procuring materials. Candidates need at least three years of relevant electrician training, a class B driver’s license, physical ability to perform demanding work, IT skills, and willingness to work on-call and occasionally outside regular hours. The position offers public-sector benefits and pay up to pay group 7 of the collective bargaining agreement.
