Description
The Exploration Company is hiring an Electrician-HIL to develop and maintain Hardware-in-the-Loop test platforms for future aerospace projects. The role involves designing, wiring, assembling, and troubleshooting HIL test benches, racks, harnesses, power distribution, grounding, shielding, and test equipment; collaborating with engineering and software teams; and improving HIL hardware design and safety practices. Candidates should have an electrical engineering, mechatronics, or related degree, at least three years of hands-on electrical experience, and experience with HIL test setups, schematics, cable fabrication, and EMI/EMC practices. The position offers relocation assistance and visa sponsorship where applicable.
