Description
The Manufacturing Maintenance Technician performs hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines, robots, conveyors, and other production equipment in a machine shop. The role covers preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance; electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; FANUC, Siemens, Mitsubishi, and B&R controls; PLC programming; equipment uptime analysis; maintenance records and reports; LOTO and safety procedures; and continuous improvement. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a diploma in electronics, electrical, or instrumentation engineering, and 3–4 years of relevant manufacturing maintenance experience.
