Description
The Electrician will support underground coal mining operations by performing repairs and preventative maintenance on underground equipment and systems, conducting inspections, fault-finding, diagnosis, and remedial actions, reporting defects, completing planned maintenance, and contributing to root-cause analysis and continuous improvement. The role is available on a midweek backshift roster on a local or DIDO basis, requires an Australian recognised Electrical Trade Qualification and relevant underground or industrial electrician experience, and involves rotating day, afternoon, and night shifts.
