Description
The Journeyman Electrician will install, troubleshoot, repair, modify, and maintain electrical systems, circuits, equipment, and related installations in commercial, industrial, and residential settings. The role requires 3–5 years of commercial or industrial experience, blueprint and conduit-reading ability, conduit bending, wiring, device termination, quality-control testing, and troubleshooting. The position may involve pole climbing, bucket-truck work, travel to eastern Alabama areas, night or weekend work, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of field or related experience, and formal apprenticeship or training in the specialty.
