L3Harris is hiring an Electro-Mechanical Technician B for an afternoon 9/80 schedule in Waterdown, Ontario. The role involves assembling, testing, troubleshooting, documenting, and repairing complex electromechanical systems and equipment, including motors, sensors, wire harnesses, software-configured hardware, and environmental test setups. The position requires strong technical proficiency, electro-mechanical experience, troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, collaboration with engineering and production teams, and a safety and quality mindset. A community college diploma in mechanical technology or an equivalent is desired, along with 3–5 years of mechanical or electro-mechanical experience; the pay range is $25–$30 per hour in Ontario.
