Electro-Mechanical Assembler at Donatech

Donatech is hiring a W2 employee to operate heavy-duty, star, and toroidal coil-winding machines and prepare, wind, inspect, and test wire coils for transformer or magnetic-assembly production. The role includes soldering, wire handling, machine setup and minor repairs, quality documentation, safety compliance, and lifting components up to 25 pounds. It is an onsite second-shift position supporting depot production, with six- to eight-week first-shift training, and requires U.S. citizenship, a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least one year of relevant manufacturing, assembly, and hand-soldering experience.
