RBR is hiring an Electro-Mechanical Assembler for a full-time permanent day-shift position in Ottawa, Canada. The role reports to the Production Manager and involves assembling electromechanical products, reading process documentation and schematics, soldering, using precision tools and automated equipment, collaborating on process improvements and cross-training, and supporting new product introductions and design-for-manufacturing initiatives. Candidates need 3–5 years of electronics manufacturing experience, mechanical and electronics assembly experience, fine soldering and precision-work experience, strong mechanical aptitude, computer proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; optics experience and IPC-A-610 and J-Standard certification are preferred. The position pays $45,000–$65,000 plus bonus.
