Description
Sigma Design is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technician to support a client’s manufacturing operations in Portland, Oregon. The role assembles, wires, tests, integrates, inspects, and troubleshoots electro-mechanical systems and equipment, including control panels, wiring assemblies, and automated machinery. The position is on-site Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with a contract-to-hire arrangement and a hiring range of $35–$40 per hour. An associate’s degree or postsecondary certificate in electromechanical technology, industrial maintenance, or a related field is required, while IPC and J-STD certifications, ERP familiarity, and hands-on manufacturing experience are preferred.
