Lactalis is hiring an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Student Intern in Belmont, Wisconsin to repair, install, adjust, test, and maintain production and packaging equipment in a food manufacturing plant. The role includes servicing electro-mechanical and robotic equipment, diagnosing malfunctions, performing preventive maintenance, reading technical drawings, and communicating with operators and maintenance staff. Candidates must be current students in the Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technology program at Southwest Wisconsin Technical College or in the Industrial Mechanic Program with plans to continue education, have a high school diploma or GED, and be available for weekends. The schedule is flexible to accommodate school, approximately 20 hours per week, with pay of $21.00 per hour plus applicable shift and weekend premiums.
