Lactalis is hiring a 3rd shift Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician in Belmont, Wisconsin to repair, install, adjust, test, and maintain production and packaging equipment in a food manufacturing plant. The role includes servicing servo-mechanical and electro-mechanical systems, operating robotic equipment, diagnosing malfunctions, performing preventive maintenance, reading technical drawings, and maintaining inventory records. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, electro-mechanical maintenance training or equivalent experience, and previous manufacturing repair experience; food or dairy manufacturing experience is preferred. The position requires weekend availability, physical work, and at least 40 hours per week, with a 3rd-shift schedule of 9:00 PM to 5:15 AM.
