Description
Barfield is hiring a full-time, non-exempt Electro-Mechanical Technician for its Operations/Production department. The role involves testing, troubleshooting, repairing, calibrating, inspecting, disassembling, cleaning, reassembling, and testing aircraft components and units using maintenance manuals, schematics, and other aviation documentation. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, technical training or 1–2 years of bench experience, familiarity with maintenance manuals, and experience with mechanical tools and measuring equipment.
