Description
Keurig Dr Pepper is hiring a full-time Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician for a 2nd-shift schedule from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM, with flexibility for overtime, weekends, and holidays. The role performs project management, installation, modification, troubleshooting, repair, overhaul, and preventive maintenance of complex manufacturing and packaging equipment, including pneumatic systems, Allen Bradley PLCs, RSLinx, process-control instrumentation, 480V circuits, motor starters, and electronic circuit boards. The technician also supports production goals, coordinates with vendors and stakeholders, maintains safe work areas, and may substitute for an EMT Lead or machine operators. Applicants need an associate or bachelor's degree, relevant certification, or 2–3 years of electro-mechanical experience in an automated manufacturing environment, plus at least one year of experience with the listed control and electrical systems; electronic-circuit-board experience is preferred. The starting pay is $42.63, with a $0.35 second-shift premium, and benefits are subject to eligibility and collective bargaining agreements.
