Description
The Medical Device Maintenance Technician performs troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance, testing, and installation of electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, control-panel, and PLC systems in a medical-device manufacturing environment. The role follows cGMP and quality-system requirements, maintains parts inventory, supports engineering and continuous-improvement projects, and may require off-shift call-up work and overtime. A high school diploma or GED is required; an associate degree in a technical field or two years of technical experience is preferred or required in lieu of the degree. The position is based in Columbus, Ohio, United States, with a rotating D-shift schedule from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
