Description
The Electro-Optical Design Engineer conducts research and plans the development and design of gas and solid-state lasers, masers, infrared, and other light-emitting and light-sensitive devices. The role involves designing electronic circuitry and optical components within mechanical limits, performing application analysis, and using Zuken/Xpedition or Altium for circuit design. Candidates should have familiarity with high-precision timing signals, analog circuit design, worst-case circuit analysis, and laser or circuit-card assembly work; a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience is desired, along with at least three years of related experience. The position offers a full-time salary range of $110,300 to $204,900 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
