Lockheed Martin is hiring an Electro-Optical Senior Engineer in Orlando, Florida. The role focuses on physics-based modeling, FLIR characterizations, image processing, algorithm development, EO system design trades, radiometric analysis, MATLAB simulations, target-threat modeling, and instrumentation for ground and airborne sensor testing. The engineer will also mentor junior engineers and potentially teach a technical course. The position requires a BSEE or STEM degree, at least three years of related experience, U.S. citizenship, and an existing Secret Clearance; experience with CAMEO and MBSE is a plus.
