Stratos Solutions is hiring an Advanced Electro-Optical (EO) Systems Engineer to support an Intelligence Community space customer in the GEOINT Ground System Program Office in Chantilly, Virginia. The role provides technical leadership across the development, acquisition, integration, testing, and operational employment of advanced EO remote-sensing systems and GEOINT processing capabilities. Responsibilities include evaluating sensor performance, conducting engineering trade studies, supporting systems engineering and mission planning, assessing technical risks, and advising Government stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline, active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance, and experience with EO remote-sensing systems, systems engineering, and GEOINT workflows; NRO, NGA, or other Intelligence Community experience is desirable.
