E Ink is hiring a hands-on Hardware and Instrumentation Engineer to build, maintain, and improve custom instruments and measurement systems for electrophoretic display research and product development. The role focuses on electro-optical test hardware, control electronics, automation software, embedded systems, electro-mechanical equipment, and experiments that characterize display performance. Candidates should have hands-on experience with electronics, test systems, automation, embedded systems, or scientific instrumentation; a relevant engineering or physics degree is preferred. The position offers an annual base salary of $100,000 to $130,000, with an estimated total compensation range of $140,000 to $200,000, plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
