EnPower, Inc. is hiring an Electrode Coating Technician to operate, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot electrode coating, drying, calendaring, slitting, and material-handling equipment in a battery-manufacturing environment. The role prepares coating materials, monitors process parameters, inspects coated electrodes, records production data, supports machine changeovers and preventive maintenance, and maintains safety, quality, and 5S standards. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of hands-on machine-setup experience in manufacturing, and battery experience is desirable.
