The role involves analyzing customer specifications, performing preliminary electromagnetic sizing, defining rotating-machine performance, developing competitive technical solutions, preparing technical documentation and performance sheets, completing final electromagnetic design after order acquisition, and verifying calculated performance against test results. Candidates need an Electrical or Electronics Engineering degree or similar, 2–3 years of electrical design experience, strong technical specification interpretation skills, analytical precision, and good English knowledge.
