Description
Industeel is hiring an electromechanical maintenance technician in Charleroi to maintain and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic production equipment in a steelmaking environment. The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance, fault diagnosis, safety-compliant interventions, continuous improvement, reporting, and spare-parts tracking. Candidates need a technical A2 diploma or bachelor's degree in electromechanics, industrial electricity, or automation, along with electrical diagnostics, schematic-reading, motor, and industrial electrical distribution skills. The position offers a 42-hour-per-week continuous-shift contract with rotating schedules, training, safety equipment, and an opportunity to obtain a permanent CDI contract.
