Randstad Belgium is hiring a permanent Maintenance Technician in Ghent for a two-shift industrial production environment. The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance of installations, mechanical and electrical machinery operation, continuous improvement, progress reporting, and safety compliance. Candidates need an Electromechanics degree or equivalent experience, knowledge of electricity and mechanics, welding experience, industrial production experience, and willingness to work a flexible two-shift schedule; BA4 or BA5 and forklift or aerial work platform certificates are preferred. Dutch proficiency is required.
