Description
Randstad is hiring an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician in Buggenhout for a permanent placement starting on day one. The role involves monitoring, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on production installations, resolving mechanical and electrical faults, analyzing machine performance, and proposing efficiency improvements. The technician works mainly on early and day shifts, responds to ad hoc production requests, and may participate in on-call duty. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in electromechanics, relevant initial experience, electrical and pneumatic diagram interpretation, knowledge of electricity and automated control systems, and strong analytical and communication skills are required.
