Description
The employer is hiring a full-time Electromechanic for an outsourcing company in the East Flanders region. The role involves assembling and disassembling mechanical structures, performing preventive maintenance and machine modifications, troubleshooting electromechanical faults, proposing efficiency improvements, and working within a team. Candidates should have technical training or equivalent experience, be independent and results-oriented, be able to solve problems, and hold a category B driving licence; a VCA certificate is advantageous. Compensation is €17–€20 per hour, with meal vouchers, a company vehicle, training opportunities, and possible permanent employment after a positive evaluation period.
