Description
The Assembly & Production Team Lead supervises three electromechanical assembly technicians at the Saint-Laurent facility, coordinating production schedules, staffing, materials, inventory, safety, quality, and continuous improvement. The role also involves direct line coverage, electromechanical troubleshooting, forklift and warehouse operations, and collaboration with engineering, quality, supply chain, customer service, and operations. It is a full-time day-shift position requiring fluent French and English, production-supervisory experience, electromechanical or industrial-mechanics training, and knowledge of inventory planning and ERP systems.
