Description
The role designs mechanical components for electrical assemblies, routes cables in vehicles and devices from concept through series production, manages external engineering service providers, creates CAD drawing derivatives and bills of materials, supports electrical-system specifications in DOORS, and manages changes for existing vehicles. It requires a degree in mechatronics, automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, or as a technician, professional experience designing electromechanical assemblies, Siemens NX and Teamcenter knowledge, German and English proficiency, and occasional business travel.
