VINCORION is hiring an Electromechanical Equipment Builder / Electronics Technician for Machine and Drive Technology / Mechatronics in Essen to work in the winding department. The role involves winding coils, preparing insulation, crimping and soldering connections, performing insulation, resistance, and high-voltage tests, documenting results, transporting materials within the company, and supporting continuous improvement and occupational safety. Candidates need completed training in electromechanical equipment building, electronics technology, or mechatronics, along with precision, teamwork, communication, quality awareness, basic MS Office and quality-assurance knowledge, and very good German. The position is permanent, offers flexible working hours, and provides a gross annual salary of approximately €45,000 with a 35-hour work week.
