Description
The Industrial Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring the operational continuity of electromechanical systems and industrial utilities, including HVAC, compressed air, fire protection, reverse osmosis, industrial gases, and other plant equipment. The role leads preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs; manages specialized suppliers and contractors; controls OPEX budgets; leads CAPEX investment projects; and promotes compliance with health, safety, environmental, quality, and corporate standards. The position requires at least five years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing, a degree in an engineering or related field, and extensive experience with electromechanical equipment and industrial gas systems.
