Description
The Electromechanical Maintenance Technician III serves as a senior technical resource in a manufacturing facility, diagnosing complex equipment failures, troubleshooting PLC-controlled and automated systems, conducting root-cause analyses, improving preventive and predictive maintenance, supporting equipment installation and commissioning, and leading reliability and downtime-reduction projects. The role also mentors Maintenance I and II technicians and collaborates with Production, Engineering, and Operations teams. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent and 3–5 years of manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, or related experience, along with advanced mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and controls troubleshooting skills.
