Description
The Electromechanical Operator works in a hybrid production and maintenance role at the site, diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical breakdowns, performing routine line maintenance, checking shutdowns and openings, managing maintenance work orders, reporting activity, responding to safety and environmental incidents, and following a rotating shift schedule. The role requires an A2-level technical diploma in electromechanics or industrial electricity, BA4 and BA5 qualifications, computerized management-tool proficiency, safety discipline, communication skills, and willingness to complete facility training.
