Description
The Engineer I performs guest-facing repair and maintenance, preventive maintenance, equipment inspections, shutoff operations, inventory management, and basic MEP troubleshooting. The role also includes training and guiding other engineers, conducting duty-engineer rounds, following safety procedures, and maintaining professional guest-service standards. A high school diploma or equivalent, vocational or technical training, at least two years of hotel engineering or maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and CFC certification are required or preferred.
